SCENT FREE ENVIORONMENT: SFWAR strives to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees by encouraging a smoke free and fragrance free environment. Please refrain from wearing any scented products or smoking near the theater doors. While we cannot guarantee a smoke and scent free environment, we will accommodate those with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) by providing a reserved seating area, which is designated scent free located at an appropriate distance from the stage. Please note that performers will begin the evening with a blessing that will include the burning of non-chemically based incense.
COMMUNITY ALTER: There will be a community alter at the event. We encourage people to bring offerings of remembrance, celebration, and healing to place on the alter. Please do not bring anything that is valuable to you and that you want returned. Offerings can be things like flowers, cards, photographs, stones, artwork, poetry, etc. Please do not bring anything with an open flame such as a candle or any scented items.
