Support the Event
As the economic climate worsens, critical services are being gutted by the government, leaving survivors of sexual assault with little options for healing. Cuts in education, health care, and other social services are increasing the demand for our services while at the same time decreasing money and resources for our work. Now more than ever, San Francisco Women Against Rape needs our community to support the valuable work of ending sexual violence.

San Francisco Women Against Rape is the primary provider of rape crisis intervention and prevention services in the City and County of San Francisco. As the second oldest rape crisis center in the country, SFWAR has demonstrated indispensable leadership and expertise in addressing the specific needs of survivors of rape and sexual assault. |
