If you registered online at www.firstgiving.com/sfwar look for the pre-registration table and check in (your name will already be on our roster).

If you are planning to register the morning of the Walk there will be four day-of registration tables. Day-of registration consists of signing a sign up sheet and turning in your sponsorship form and money raised. Everyone will receive a teal ribbon to be worn in solidarity with Sexual Assault Awareness Month and if you raise $50 or more you will receive a Walk Against Rape 2009 t-shirt. There will also be signs available to carry during the Walk. Lastly, bagels, coffee, snack bars, water, and juice are provided for all participants.


The Walk goes down Mission Street, through Downtown, SOMA, and in to the Mission District. You will take a right on 18th Street; walk past The Women's Building and into Mission Dolores Park.


In Dolores Park walkers will find food, drinks, vendors, chocolate, music, The Clothesline Project on display, community organizations offering resources and information, and shady places to sit and enjoy the day!


The program is a dynamic set of performers consisting of arts such as dance, spoken word, music, and speeches. This is a show you won't want to miss. So sit back in Dolores Park, enjoy the sunshine and your accomplishments of the day and watch amazing performances!
